TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill in your case history form. This allows our aesthetician to be aware of any medical conditions which may affect your treatment. We require a credit card for booking multiple appointments or packages.
CANCELATION
We will remind you of your booked appointments by phone or email. For single appointments, we require 24 hours' notice a 50% charge will be redeemed. You will need to prepay for your future appointment.
Multiple service appointments, we require 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments will be invoiced for the full fee.
LATE ARRIVALS
We value your appointment time as well as the client following you. If you are late, you will receive the balance of your allotted treatment time at full fee. Some restrictions apply.
LATE POLICY
For clients arriving late to their appointments please note that we are often booked back to back and will only be able to give you the remaining time in your session. In these cases, the full session fee will apply. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled and subject to fees. You will need to prepay for your future appointment.
VOUCHERS
We do not do refunds on vouchers/gift certificates and pre-paid packages purchased.
SERIES OF TREATMENTS
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased.
