Shipping & Returns
Escape @ The Spa ships orders within Canada and Internationally. We process orders Monday - Friday in the order in which they are received. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and up to 5 business days for shipping within Canada.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your parcel has left our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. You may follow the status of your parcel by visiting canadapost.com. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders.
Returns and Exchanges
At Escape @ The Spa we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. We accept returns only on unopened items. If you would like to return an unopened product for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the product, upon receipt of the original, unopened item within 30 days from the date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any costs associated with the return. For Products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement after receiving the original damaged item. You may return products ordered from escapeatthespa.ca by shipping the products back to us in their original packaging or you may visit any one of our locations and return the item in-store. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used. Any costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items received more than 90 days after purchase date may not be returned or exchanged. Only items purchased on escapeatthespa.ca can be returned to escapeatthespa.ca. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
